Requirements to be fulfilled by clients*

The client will arrange for appropriate space 10ft (L) x 10ft (w) 10ft (h) and access for the 360 photobooth at the Events venue along with necessary power within 25 feet of setup area at least 1 hour before the booking time. If outdoor, clients ensure adequate shade from the sun to ensure good lighting for best 360 videos. We do not setup outdoors if whether conditions are unfavorable for a canopy. We do not provide outdoor shading/canopy. 

 

Smile For The Kam Cancellation Policy*

The deposit shall be deemed refundable if the client cancels with at least 14 days or more prior to the date of the event.
